Print maker Yizhak Elyashiv a native of Jerusalem, Israel came to the Rhode Island School of Design to study jewelry and metal smithing. He stumbled upon printmaking and realized that was what he really wanted to do. Elyashiv's work is based on the landscapes of the world we see and experience outwardly as well as the inner landscapes of memory and history.
